Join the team of a brilliant and innovative mid-sized law firm as a Senior BD Manager, and take charge of implementing BD&M strategy across three dynamic practice groups: Public Law, Regulatory and Real Estate. As the Senior BD Manager, you will have in-house expertise on tenders and pitches, and key account management, making you a crucial member of the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating measurable BD & Marketing plans, producing engaging content and collateral, delivering pitches and presentations, and organising events and sponsorships. You will also work closely with marketing experts to develop profile through articles, blogs, videos, credentials, brochures, and more.
But that's not all - you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining key account processes, planning, budgeting, and reporting on spend. As a strategic thinker with a track record of driving business development initiatives, you will be able to create effective practice BD&M plans in line with the firmwide strategy.
You'll work with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results. You'll develop strong and effective relationships with partners and practice/group heads and work with a BD&E executive and a wider team that you will manage, train, develop, and ensure the quality of delivery.
To be successful in this role:
You must have proven professional services experience in a similar role with a track record of delivering measurable results.
You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and organisational skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. You should have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to report on financial data.
