Are you a dynamic and experienced professional seeking a pivotal role in shaping the future of a Magic Circle law firm’s global Energy & Infrastructure sector? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join this leading global law firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the global Energy & Infrastructure sector, collaborating closely with sector consultants, leaders, and partners across the firm.
  • Act as an ambassador for cross-selling, intelligence sharing, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assist corporate partners with targeting and pitching to energy and infrastructure clients and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the BDM teams in other practices to support the growth of energy and infrastructure clients.
  • Mentor and manage a junior manager and two advisors within the team.
  • Support client targeting initiatives and profile raising activities, including social media and PR management.
  • Lead business development and marketing activities aligned with sector/client plan objectives.
  • Implement the Client Insights Programme across priority clients.
  • Identify and pursue profile-raising opportunities such as conference speaking slots and sponsorships.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years’ experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment with team management experience.
  • Strong team player with a track record of delivering excellence with professionalism.
  • Experience or interest in the developing energy and infrastructure markets.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and confidence in advising at partner level.
  • Excellent written skills for producing high-quality documents and copy.
