Senior Business Development Coordinator

We are pleased to be working with this well established, highly regarded US law firm who are looking for a talented Senior BD Coordinator to join their team based in London. This firm has a brilliant reputation, working with prestigious clients across the globe. They are renowned for the complex and interesting work they do and are considered experts in their field.

Due to continued growth and success, the firm is looking for a Senior BD Coordinator to join the London office, supporting on a range of BD and marketing initiatives.

 

This is a broad and varied role with a remit that includes:

  • Create Compelling Content: Assist in crafting engaging client pitches, proposals, and formal RFPs that stand out
  • Conduct In-Depth Research: Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, industries, markets, and competitors
  • Maintain Practice Area Content: Update and enhance content such as rankings, matter descriptions, and practice overview materials, ensuring everything is current and informative
  • Coordinate Events and Sponsorships: Manage external event sponsorships and handle logistics to ensure seamless execution. Coordinate firm-produced client and internal events
  • Profile Management: Create, update, and maintain attorney biographies, ensuring they reflect the latest accomplishments and practice area focus
  • Craft Communications: Draft and distribute engaging e-communications for both external audiences and internal team members

 

The successful candidate for this Senior BD Coordinator role will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years BD and/or marketing experience gained in a law firm or wider professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good MS office and CRM system experience
  • A proactive, detail orientated approach
