Senior Business Development & Operations Manager – Regulatory

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone looking to take full responsibility for coordinating and delivering all advisory and support marketing, BD and operational services for the Regulatory department of a rapidly growing global law firm. This firm is seeking an energetic, experienced B2B BD professional, who is looking for a new challenge. The firm is progressive, innovative, and looking for talented professionals to develop this core strategic area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving growth of 3 sector groups within the Regulatory function – including delivering the internal and external marketing and business development plan
  • Business and BD planning in conjunction with key partner leads and wider BD team
  • Proposition building and positioning – including brand development and effective marketing communications delivery
  • Key Account Management  - working alongside Head of BD and Client Services Director
  • Team management and coordination – line management and integration with wider team
  • Knowledge and training for Partners and Associates
  • Budgeting and reporting

Knowledge, skills and experience

This firm is looking for someone with a strong understanding of business-to-business marketing, business development and relationship management within professional services - ideally legal sector

Experience within the Regulatory sphere is a distinct advantage

Strong operational, project management and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) are essential
