You will collaborate closely with the Global Co-Chair to execute international priorities. Your primary focus will be collaborating with fee earners to improve and develop the firms profile, market presence, and business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading client experience
- Designing and executing key client programs
- Crafting strategic campaign plans and leveraging sector-based channels
- Collaborating with business services functions to optimise market positioning
- Initiating and overseeing internal communication initiatives
- Collaborating with fee earners to identify and pursue client opportunities
- Developing client onboarding programs and engagement protocols
- Managing key client relationships and leading the account management strategy
- Driving value-added services, such as training and thought leadership
- Orchestrating client listening programs and feedback incorporation
- Implementing new marketing systems and tools
- Coaching and supporting new partner promotions
We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience from within professional services who can demonstrate strong experience working closely with stakeholders. You should have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills.
