My client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team as part of a programme focused on their Practice Management System.
This role will work closely with the business and alongside a Data Architect to define and document requirements, with a particular focus on data. You will engage with key stakeholders across the firm, including senior finance stakeholders, and play a hands-on role in shaping and challenging requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements definition across a PMS-focused programme of work
- Work closely with a Data Architect to understand data structures, sources and usage
- Engage with senior stakeholders across the business, including Finance
- Support change management activity, ensuring business readiness and adoption
- Provide constructive challenge and push back where requirements lack clarity or alignment
Experience required
- Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role within the legal sector
- Strong data experience, with a solid understanding of data sources and dependencies
- Experience working on a Practice Management System, ideally a PMS upgrade or implementation (Elite, Aderant OR SAP)
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence
