Are you an experienced bid manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of bids professionals? Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Senior Bids Manager to join their Strategic Bids Team in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
As the Senior Strategic Bids Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bids process across multiple, multi-jurisdictional bids at any one time, working on all bid types including high-value projects, transactions and legal panel appointments. You will apply an expert eye to the creation and editing of content as well as ensuring successful submission of high quality, visually appealing RfP responses.
Reporting to the regional Head of Bids, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management and work allocation of a well-respected team of five bids professionals. This is a fast-paced role with senior stakeholder engagement and management required throughout.
The ideal candidate will have proven project management/bid management skills, absolute attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You should also have the ability to liaise confidently and build relationships with people of all levels, creating confidence in your approach. Strong English language skills for drafting, editing, and proofreading are essential.
If you have experience as a bid manager working on complex, multi-jurisdictional/multi-office/multi-practice area bid responses and leading and coaching a team of bid professionals at all levels, then we want to hear from you. Experience of bids and bidding in a professional services environment would be beneficial but not essential.
