Senior BD Manager - Sectors

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm seeking a dynamic Senior BD Manager to lead their sector strategy, develop new client acquisition pipelines, and strengthen their market position and share. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's sector activities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sector strategy, working with client relationship partners, sector teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop annual sector plans, including gap analysis, identifying opportunities, and setting out relationship objectives and activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote all of the firm's products and services across various sectors.
  • Lead quarterly meetings for each sector team, ensuring data reports are understood and key insights are highlighted for discussion.
  • Develop and coordinate a programme of ongoing meetings between the firm and key clients, intermediaries, and referrers.
  • Establish efficient channels and find innovative solutions for handling client communication across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of key account  in a professional services or financial services environment. They should have the ability to build rapport and trust with key clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential, along with excellent interpersonal, inter-cultural, communication, and negotiation skills
