About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic business development initiatives, working closely with partners to enhance market presence, deepen client relationships, and identify new opportunities. You’ll leverage your industry expertise to create targeted strategies, manage high-profile client programs and position the firm at the forefront of the Private Equity market.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for the Private Equity and Corporate practice.
- Strengthen client relationships, introduce client development programs, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategies and drive opportunities.
- Build a robust network of industry contact to support future growth.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and the wider BD team to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
About You:
- 7–10 years of business development experience, ideally in professional services with a strong Private Equity focus.
- Proven expertise in client relationship management and developing strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Private Equity market, including key players and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
