Senior Client Relationship Manager - Private Capital (12 month FTC)

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading firm seeking a dynamic Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their Private Capital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's client relationship strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client structure, operations, and strategic direction.
  • Identify key priorities and develop strategic relationship management plans.
  • Coordinate global CRM strategy across assets and geographies.
  • Implement retention and targeting initiatives with global partners.
  • Produce client-related business analysis.
  • Develop and carry out client listening activities.
  • Regularly meet with clients to improve relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Manage secondees and develop a secondment strategy.
  • Lead initiatives from the private capital group.
  • Build strong relationships with the marketing function.
  • Contribute to best practice toolkits and training sessions

Key Requirements:

  • Substantial relevant business development and marketing experience, likely within a professional or financial services organisation.
  • Enthusiasm to develop an in-depth understanding of the global private capital market/practice.
  • Measurable track record of achieving strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
