My client, a prestigious London-based law firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their Corporate & M&A team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive the firm's business development strategy in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies for the Corporate & M&A practice.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Corporate & M&A market.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and manage a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
