Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of business development strategies for the Corporate & M&A practice.
- Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
- Oversee the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the legal or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of the Corporate & M&A market.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and manage a team.
