My client is a highly respected international law firm with a reputation for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of business development and marketing plans for the group, working closely with the Senior BD Manager and partners.
- Develop and execute client targeting strategies.
- Facilitate proactive cross-selling of services across the firm.
- Lead the drafting of pitch documents and credential statements, collaborating with the bids team.
- Collaborate with the events team to deliver impactful client events, seminars, and networking opportunities, ensuring clear ROI and effective follow-up.
- Lead on thought leadership campaigns, BD products, client communications, and marketing initiatives, tracking ROI.
- Oversee directory/award submissions.
Person Specification:
- Solid business development experience gained within the legal or professional services sector.
- Proactive, tenacious, and creative approach with a can-do attitude.
- Strong commercial awareness and focus.
- Experience in IP, regulatory legal, or tech sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
