Senior BD Manager – Real Estate – 12 month FTC
This award winning, multi-national law firm is looking for a Senior BD Manager to lead on the business development and marketing strategy for the Real Estate Sector, on a 12 month FTC. A consultative, client focused approach to business development and marketing is essential, with the ultimate aim of driving profitable revenue growth and strengthening an already highly respected brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly managing a portfolio of priority sector clients
- Internal and external profile raising
- Working with sector leadership to develop/update divisional business plans and client targeting
- Leading on relevant pitch opportunities alongside wider team
- Being the central point for reference for all BD & Marketing activity across the real estate sector
- Managing a team of two direct reports
- Setting and managing the BD & Marketing budget for the sector
Skills and experience:
- Real Estate and/or Professional Services experience is required
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a business development AND marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
- Commercial and analytical outlook – demonstrating previous experience of using market/client insights to drive growth initiatives and develop brand
- People Management skills
