About the Role:
A global well regarded law firm is seeking a passionate and ambitious Business Development and Marketing Executive to join their leading private client and tax team in Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at a pivotal time for clients in the private client sector, driving exciting marketing campaigns and business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Business Development: Support all aspects of marketing and business development activities to win work from new contacts and existing clients. This includes marketing and business planning, supporting fee earners on their personal marketing plans, and assisting at all stages of converting opportunities into work.
- Campaign Management: Play a lead role in major campaigns and marketing projects, including those focused on the future of real estate and the private capital sector.
- Client Engagement: Interface with and build relationships with peers at other professional services firms, property agents, and industry associations. Propose ideas to build the firm's brand and market reputation.
- Pitch Preparation: Prepare pitch documents, ensuring credentials reflect the firm's strengths and are tailored to the intended recipients.
- Event Management: Organise and attend in-person events and webinars, managing follow-up activities.
- Project Management: Manage the legal directories process for the teams within the division and support central projects to improve the firm's marketing approach.
- CRM Initiatives: Work closely with the CRM Manager on specific pipeline management initiatives, encouraging the use of the CRM system (InterAction).
- Referral Analysis: Analyse referral work, report back to teams, and provide direction for developing those relationships.
