This is an opportunity to lead the sector strategy for Corporates at one of the Big 4 in New Zealand.
Corporates includes retail, telcos and utilities and you will be responsible for sector and client engagement strategies across all of the firm’s services, though with a natural focus on Consulting & Advisory for this sector.
Key to this opportunity is working with a Managing Partner (Sector Head) who is passionate and driven around the growth and success of this sector – used to and keen to work hand-in-hand with this BD professional on the BD strategy, sector go-to-market and client engagement to drive success.
This is an exciting role to step into right away – and also one which can grow and evolve even further – take ownership and make it your own!
Who should apply?
You will likely be either a Senior BD level stepping up, or an Associate Director/Head of seeking a new challenge where you can have a lot of impact. You will most likely come from professional services though other complex matrix, services backgrounds will be considered. You will be a strategy, commercial BD professional bringing sector strategy and client development experience, either as part of a specialist or generalist BD role. Technically you will be experienced across all facets of sector development from strategic profiling to pursuits/bid consultation and client relationship development. You will be a self-starter and your client facing experience will be well received. As will your ability to influence and bring new ideas.
