Sales Lead for rapidly growing technology company

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a new, rapidly developing, regulatory technology company. Creating both technology platforms and partnerships, they are at the forefront of technology that will revolutionise financial services operations in terms of financial crime, sanctions and regulation.

We are looking for a BD/Sales professional to join the Sales & Marketing team to grow the company’s global presence and execute sales strategy. Internally, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop market outreach strategies and client communications. Externally, you will work closely with a range of global financial institutions to understand how our offering fits within their business.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales strategies for new market opportunities in close collaboration with senior leadership
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and act as key contact between financial institutions and broader internal stakeholder group
  • Owning and maintaining sales outreach activities in CRM tool
  • Creating sales plans and presentations for potential clients

Experience and skills required:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on the financial services or wider professional services industry
  • Experience leveraging CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) for market outreach and tracking activities
  • Experience working in cross-border projects
  • Experience working in growth stage company, with ambitious sales targets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced project delivery environment
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
