This leading professional services firm is expanding their centralised sales function. The role itself sees you working across the business with senior stakeholders in the Manchester office. Understanding their current business, their targets and prospective clients and the challenges they face. You'd then look to spot opportunities for the services this firm provides and set up meetings with possible new business leads, pulling in expertise from across the business in order to better advise and encourage work to the firm.
The current team operate across several locations but have not yet had a dedicated sales person for the Manchester office, despite it being a large area of focus for the firm. It's a great opportunity to establish and perhaps even build out further, a sales presence in this office.
In return they offer a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with regular, transparent bonus pay outs on successful delivery of new business.
The ideal person would have professional services or financial services experience, either within a large or small setting, tangible examples of their success and an ability to build relationships across a business and externally.
