An international law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rewards specialist to join their Global Operations team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with salary and benefits benchmarking survey submissions across the international firm.
  • Provide analysis on benchmarking surveys for UK and international offices.
  • Support delivery into the business of the annual Pay Review and Bonus processes.
  • Provide analysis and modelling for salary and bonus outcomes, presenting findings and themes in a user friendly format.
  • Assist with preparing budget reports for annual review cycles.
  • Support the with preparation of any reward board papers as and when required.
  • Become subject matter expert on the firm’s employee benefits for UK and across international.
  • Lead on projects to implement new benefits for the firm.
  • Develop the benefits communications strategy in conjunction with the rest of the Reward team. 
  • Work with the wider HR team to add value into other HR processes and projects.
  • Assist with the benefits renewals process, working with our external benefits brokers to ensure our offering remains competitive and provides value to the business.
  • Deal with compensation and benefits queries, escalating when appropriate

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience/knowledge of job matching methodology
  • A reward and/or benefits background, preferably in a legal environment
  • Knowledge of HR systems and reporting preferable
  • Organised approach to work, with the ability to lead project work
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, linking in with other team members where appropriate

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data.
