A leading international law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rewards & Benefits Analyst to join them immediately on a fixed term contract.
This role will be working closely with the HR team and wider business, focusing on Benefit administration processes and supporting the Reward & Benefits Manager. Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support for Reward and Benefit processes, including but not limited to updating the HR database with salary and benefit changes.
- Acting as first point of contact for all benefits queries, escalating them were necessary.
- Assisting with annual benefit renewal process
- Processing all Reward and Benefit invoices
- Communicating and working alongside the Payroll team.
The successful candidate will have gained proven experience in the Benefits space, and have gained previous experience of benefits administration.
