Our client is a leading law firm recruiting a Revenue Manager to work in their city office.
You will be responsible for improving revenue and speed of cash collection. You will manage the team responsible for all activities related to WIP management, client billing and collections; You will provide strong leadership and strategic solutions to improve lock-up, report regularly to the managing partner, and promote best practices and procedures maintaining strong relationships with partners and fee earners.
You will have a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor high-performing teams in legal operations, experience managing revenue and improving lock-up, and confidence in giving technical advice, You will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and be proactive, innovative, and results-oriented. You will be able to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment.
