Totum Partners is actively seeking candidates for a newly created role focused on WIP and Billing for a leading law firm. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a proficient biller seeking to diversify their skill set in a prominent position, encompassing Billing, WIP analysis, and collaboration with partners and fee earners.
The Ideal Revenue Analyst will be responsible for:
• Attending weekly client core team meetings
• Ensuring the production and provision of all required data and analysis for meetings
• Updating WIP reports
• Conducting regular WIP reviews
• Generating exception reports
• Processing quarterly bills
• Liaising with relevant operations team members
• Facilitating the payment of invoices and distribution
• Ensuring and regularly reviewing the correct opening of matters
• Providing relevant data for budget holder meetings, quarterly holdbacks, quarterly billing, annual retainer negotiations, and addressing general queries
The Ideal Revenue Analyst will possess:
• Billing experience
