A leading international law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Business Partner to join their growing function. Reporting to the Resource Manager, you will be playing an important role in supporting the implementation and delivery of resource management services to ensure operational excellence.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- To act as a trusted advisor in respect of strategic manpower planning and resourcing.
- Working closely with Resource Managers to identify and reduce capacity within the Group.
- Optimise the allocation of work and the deployment of staff to maximise profitability by using resource management software to:
- Ensure work is allocated to ensure pockets of high or low utilisation are minimised.
- Create client teams for the firms major clients.
- Ensure priority is given to high risk/reputational/critical work.
The successful application will have gained the following key skills:
- Experience of working with Resource Management software
- Experience of working on large scale projects, ideally within a professional services environment
- Highly IT literate with good knowledge of RM software products and their uses.
