Residual Cashier – 6-Month FTC (Fully Remote)
Totum is supporting a leading law firm in recruiting a Residual Cashier on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with law firm finance experience, ideally familiar with Elite 3E, who enjoys accuracy and managing client accounts.
What you’ll do
• Monitor and reconcile residual balances on client accounts
• Process adjustments, transfers, and refunds in line with firm policy
• Investigate and resolve unallocated funds or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits
• Support the finance team with queries and ad hoc reporting
About you
• Previous experience in law firm finance or cashiering
• Knowledge of Elite 3E preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Confident using Excel and accounting systems
