As an expert in recruitment marketing and employer branding you will drive talent attraction and the recruitment marketing strategy behind it, attracting the best people to this global firm.

Creating compelling campaigns, and employer brand projects you will create market leading candidate experiences and bring to life the values and culture of the firm in order to ensure the right individuals are drawn to and engage.


Responsibilities include:


  • Creating multi channel campaigns including digital, social media and website
  • Project manage the cycle of recruitment campaigns, analysing and ensuring a better understanding of the market for the talent acquisition team as well as internal stakeholders
  • Create tailor made approaches and engagement plans to identify and attract the right people to the business
  • Appropriately track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Work alongside the talent acquisition, recruitment, D&I, HR and marketing teams to create a best in class experience.


You should have:

  • Strong employer branding, media and recruitment marketing experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar environment – ideally professional services or large corporate / FS
  • Have a strong understanding of recruitment demand requirements and how these translate to effective marketing campaigns
  • Experience using campaign analytic tools to track, measure and report
