A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join a leading global firm on a three-month contract basis. This is for an immediate start and there is the option for full remote working.
Key responsibilities will include:
Talent attraction and pipeline - identification of new sources of talent, marketing and advertising, monitoring the market and outreach events
End to end recruitment and retention - screening applications, conducting platform interviews, briefing partners in relation to candidates prior to interviews and co-ordinating feedback, making offers and providing feedback to candidates
Collaborating with practice groups - increase engagement, raise profile and build strong partnerships with partners
Supporting client opportunities
Contributing to other projects as required
The successful candidate will need to have previous legal sector recruitment experience and be confident working with senior stakeholders.
