Exciting Opportunity for Junior Legal Billers Transitioning to Rates Administrator.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and transition into a vital role within the Finance Operations team of a prestigious law firm? Totum Partners is thrilled to partner with this esteemed firm in search of a Rates Administrator, a position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the firm's overall success.

As a Rates Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing global business acceptance rate proposals
  • Ensuring compliance with client fee arrangements
  • Generating rate information
  • Creating and maintaining rate-set templates
  • Conducting rates maintenance to guarantee accuracy
  • Providing rate support to the business
  • Collaborating with pricing, commercial accounting teams, and billing teams
  • Keeping system client/matter comments updated
  • Participating in regular meetings with the Rates Team Manager

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous Legal Billing experience
  • Familiarity with the billing process
  • Proficiency in Aderant/Elite
  • Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and investigative skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative proactively and maintain a forward-thinking approach
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to precision and excellence in all tasks
