Project Support Analyst - Technical
We are looking for a Project Support Analyst to join an experienced team of Lead Infrastructure Engineers. The successful candidate will provide a reliable operational service to our team, with a particular focus on managing and monitoring Azure and infrastructure systems in an MSP environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a 2nd-3rd Line Support Analyst
- Good knowledge of Azure infrastructure systems
- M365 support including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory / MFA, Entra
- Intune
Hybrid working:
- 2-4 days a month in the office
- Potential to travel to offices internationally when required
