Project Manager, 12 month FTC

circa £60,000-£80,000 

Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the London office per week

My client, a growing international law firm, is creating their first Transformation function and seeking two Project Managers to join the team. A centralised function reporting into the COO, the Project Managers will each drive various transformation and change projects, both business and technology led, seeing them work with both lawyer and business services teams.

The firm has an ambitious 3-year strategy that this Transformation team will be a key part of. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a firm that’s invested in their growth and performing well financially. They’re ideally looking for these Project Managers to start as soon as possible, so are recruiting them on an initial 12-month contract basis.

The firm is keen to consider those from all variety of B2B/stakeholder environments. Professional services experience would be beneficial but what is most important is demonstrable experience in delivering end to end business transformation projects in a complex environment (i.e. international, service led products or perhaps a partnership environment).

The successful candidates will:

  • Have 5+ years in project management

  • Have experience leading projects, ideally a mix of both business and technology change

  • Be a team player and excellent communicator

  • Be able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels

  • Comfortable working autonomously and driving activity forward

Their offices are based in central London, and they have a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office per week.
