We are delighted to be partnering with this Global Law Firm in their search for a Project Accountant. They are ideally looking for a Part or Qualified Accountant from either a Legal/Property or wider Professional Services background. The role has a dual report to the Group Finance Manager in London and also the Head of Finance for one of their Clients so experience of liaising with Senior Stakeholders is key.

What you will be involved in
- You will be working as part of the Property and Finance team to support with the financial reporting and reconciliation for house purchases for a major client – circa 300-400 properties a day.
- You need to ensure that funds are received for each purchase, completion payments made, stamp duty and land registry is paid from the correct client ledger. Reconcile all purchases to a matter management system and providing reporting information to the client.
- Extensive reporting on MI to Group & Client
This project is expected top last for circa 16 months and thereafter you will have other opportunities.
