Improvement Lead


Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and innovation within a dynamic legal environment?  My client, a leading Law firm, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Improvement Lead.


In this role, you will be a key member of a vital community of change practitioners, working closely with colleagues in Practice Management, Finance, and Project & Change teams, as well as other business and legal professionals.


Role Overview:


As a member of the Practice Improvement and Innovation Team, you will collaborate with partners, associates, and practice support colleagues to support the delivery of our firm’s strategic objectives. Your contributions will span a variety of improvement and business growth engagements, addressing opportunities to benefit our clients, the firm, and our people.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives across client service lines to enhance our effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing project and change management approaches to facilitate the successful adoption of solutions, including appropriate testing, readiness, and launch strategies.
  • Collaborating with and supporting the Technology team to ensure seamless implementation and integration of new solutions.


Background and Skills:


  • Adaptability: Capable of performing a mix of Business Analysis, Change Management, and Project Management tasks.
  • Pragmatic Approach: Apply tailored project and change management techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in understanding different needs, wants, and concerns; facilitating discovery and decision-making; escalating risks; and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
