Exciting People Operations Lead opportunity to work for an international law firm based in London or Bristol.
This is a great opportunity to Lead HR Operations - including HR systems, data processes, HR policies, compliance and reward for the UK and Asia offices. You will act as a trusted advisor and report into the Director of People & Talent Development whilst leading the early talent and HR systems & reward teams.
You will run the HR Operations whilst getting involved in some new and exciting projects ranging from new appraisal processes, performance management system and career framework reviews. The firm is going through a growth mode and you will work together with senior members to bring fresh ideas and be the main driver for how HR Operations benefits the business.
You will need to have proven experience of working in a law firm or wider professional services and have an understanding of working in a partnership firm. You must be able to demonstrate strong experience in a senior HR Operations role.
