People and Culture Advisor

About the Role: As a People and Culture Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and delivering their people and cultural processes. This position is perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys getting "stuck in" and is eager to develop their career while making meaningful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generalist HR: Maintain the HRIS system, manage personnel documentation, respond to HR queries, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment, coordinate graduate recruitment and summer vacation schemes, and build relationships with preferred agencies.
  • Projects: Assist in strengthening HR data integrity, update job specs, prepare information on legislative changes, and create wellbeing events and initiatives.

Experienced Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR within a legal or professional services firm
  • Qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • CIPD qualified
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Excellent time management, communication, and people skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset
