A leading international law firm has an exciting 12 month FTC project for experienced Payroll and Benefits Project Manager to join them, to lead and manage a project overseeing the movement of a fully managed UK payroll to a fully outsourced payroll.
Alongside project and change responsibilities, you will also manage BAU payroll and benefit operations, to ensure seamless continuity during the transition.
Key activities/responsibilities will include:
- Drive the payroll change project from start to finish, meeting agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
- Analyse and streamline existing payroll processes to deliver greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and execute a change management strategy, to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the wider teams in HR & Finance, and external vendors to define goals, manage expectations, and resolve challenges.
- Identify and implement improvements to BAU payroll and benefit operations, even as the change progresses.

The ideal candidate will have gained the following key skills:
- Proven experience leading payroll change projects.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit processes, legislation, and compliance in the UK
