Payroll & Accounts Coordinator with International Law Firm
Based in Central London
Mondays and Fridays Working from Home
Payroll & Accounting Duties:
- Work closely with HR to manage the payroll for the London office (circa 300 employees)
- Assist the firm's overseas EMEA entities with their payroll
- Production of year-end payroll reports (e.g. P11Ds, PSAs)
- Oversee benefits or benefits in kind payments to staff
- Provide assistance to the Tax team with UK and EMEA VAT returns
- Ad hoc project work
Payroll & Accounting Experience:
- APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED IN A LAW FIRM
- 2+ years' experience working in a Payroll position
- Knowledge of 3E/Aderant is highly advantageous
- ADP and Workday knowledge is beneficial
