A brilliant new opportunity for a Partner Integration Senior Manager to join a leading global law firm. This key position will pay an integral part in embedding the partner integration strategy and offering across the firm. The role holder will manage all aspects of lateral partner integration across international offices and will take responsibility for facilitating a ‘best in class’ experience for lateral Partner candidates and internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the lateral Partners and senior stakeholders have the contacts, tools and technology to support the integration for their business and clients.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive partner integration plans, including timelines, resources and milestones and reporting for each lateral hire.
- Ensuring alignment of integration strategies with business and key strategic objectives and individual partner goals.
- Managing the full Partner integration life cycle, ensuring candidate and stakeholder experience is at the heart of the role.
- Drive continuous improvement for the integration processes and solutions, utilising technology platforms to support best practice and enabling data driven decision making.
Skills, experience and characteristics required:
- Significant demonstrable experience of lateral partner hiring within legal professional services.
- In-depth understanding pf private practice partner integration best practice. Solid evidence of applying this knowledge through advice and in the application of processes, frameworks and tools will be necessary.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders across a matrix and international markets.
- Well developed commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the wider impacts of decision making.
- Able to lead on strategic Partner Integration discussions adding commercial value.
- Previous experience of working in complex, matrix environments and creating a client/candidate focused culture.
