An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA & Office Manager to join a specialist boutique law firm.

Providing high quality PA support to the Managing Partner, and the members of the Senior Management team, this role will also have responsibility for the smooth running of their office network.

Role responsibilities will include:

PA:

  • Diary management including organising travel arrangements where required.
  • Maintain office systems, including diary management, expenses & filing.
  • Produce documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Organise meetings including preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and all meeting papers. Minute meetings where required.
  • Organise corporate events, including annual staff conference.

Office Management:

  • Liasing with Heads of Office and building management to ensure the smooth running of the offices and compliance with tenancy requirements.
  • Ensuring all offices are compliant with Health & Safety requirements including risk assessments.
  • Creating and embedding standardised processes and procedures to ensure consistency across all offices and maximise economies of scale with suppliers.
  • Working with the HR team to effectively manage DSE assessments and requirements.
  • Partnering with the IT team to manage requirements across all offices.

 

The successful applicant will have gained the following key skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar PA/Office Management role.
  • Experience of providing PA support at C-Suite level.
  • Experience of working in legal and / or regulated industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of producing high quality reports and presentations.
  • Experience of budget management.
  • Highly organised with excellent planning skills and strong attention to detail.
