As part of the continuing development of their international footprint and delivery on ambition, they have a unique opportunity for a highly experienced Operations professional to join the team. With responsibility for the UK, US and EMEA, the Operations Director will oversee the strategic direction to deliver efficient and effective services that meet the needs of the global business, in line with the Business Services vision. You will lead teams across six service lines: Client Services; Facilities Management; Corporate Real Estate Management; Legal Support Secretary Services; Document Services and Travel Management. The role reports directly into the Regional Managing Partner and is a member of the Regional Operations Executive.

You will be excellent at building relationships across a network of offices internationally, understanding the nuances, and working with peers across the globe.
