Due to continued growth and success, my client, an award winning global law firm are looking to recruit a Media Relations Manager to join their existing global communications team based in London.

The Media Relations Manager role is a varied one and will work on building the firms profile and market share across the UK and EMEA, working with specific practice groups.
The Media Relations Manager remit will include the design and delivery of sector, practice and firm wide media campaigns, working with internal stakeholders to develop news stories and campaigns and developing strong relationships with key journalists. The successful candidate will take proactive steps to full embed themselves in their aligned business areas and build internal and external networks and proactively develop media opportunities and coach firm spokespeople.
The successful candidate for this Media Relations Manager role will have a passion for communications, and a proven track record of implementing communications programmes. Expertise in legal or professional services would be highly advantageous, along with strong relationship building skills and the ability to proactively identify new stories.
