My client, a leading full-service UK law firm is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their dynamic and inclusive team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. As a key player in the Business Development & Marketing department, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate, develop, execute, analyse, and report on all areas across the firm’s marketing activities.
Responsibilities:

Coordinating and supporting various workstreams across brand and marketing

Assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive campaign framework and its rollout to internal clients

Capturing accurate and useful information for campaign briefs
-
Organising and maintaining a streamlined file storage architecture for campaign creation

Documenting processes and guidelines
-
Creating digital assets for marketing platforms, including advertising, audio, CRM, events, email marketing, print campaigns, social campaigns, sponsorship, video, and the website

Building collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Reporting on marketing activity and supporting its development

Collaborating with the Brand & Digital Marketing team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns

Assisting the Head of Brand & Digital Marketing on various marketing initiatives
Requirements:

Minimum of two years' professional services marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing

Experience with Vuture and InterAction is desirable
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, content management systems, e-marketing tools, and analytics programs is desirable

Project management skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly

Experience running campaigns, creating marketing assets, utilizing CRMs, and managing website content

Familiarity with email marketing systems, Google Analytics, SEO, and webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams, Vimeo)
