Part time Digital Marketing & Content Manager – 3 or 4 days per week

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading specialist consultancy firm who are looking to make their first marketing hire. Due to continued growth and success, this Marketing Manager role will be an integral part of the firms next chapter, so it’s a position with a huge amount of potential and scope for the right person to really make it their own.


This Marketing Manager role will report into the COO and will help to grow the firms’ brand, utilising traditional and digital marketing tools and will work closely with a team of highly experienced specialist fee earners to produce engaging digital content that will generate high quality business development opportunities.


This firm is well established and have a brilliant reputation in their market. They have offices across 5 continents and their consultants have unrivalled knowledge in their field. Their client base is focused on the professional services sector, and they work with some of the sectors leading brands.


This Digital Marketing & Content Manager role will take ownership of building the firms brand by creating engaging content for website, social media and various content marketing channels such as blogs, videos, podcasts and newsletters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and fee earners to provide fresh and creative content ideas and plan campaigns to generate new business opportunities. You’ll provide insight and analytics on the performance of campaigns and take ownership for building relationships and partnerships with publications, media agencies and event companies to support the firms BD and PR activity.


The successful candidate for this Digital Marketing & Content Manager role will have significant experience in social media, content creation, brand development and brand management, with a passion for staying on top of the latest trends and an appetite to try new things. Excellent writing skills and superb attention to detail are essential for this role. Experience of SEO and B2B marketing across multiple channels is key, ideally gained in a professional services environment. Good project and campaign management experience and experience of measuring and analysing performance and ROI is required, as well as experience of working across multiple jurisdictions.
