With strong backing and an ambitious plan this is truly an exciting and rare opportunity to become their first Business Development and Marketing professional in a pivotal Marketing Director role. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who will shape and execute the firm’s marketing strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of the firm’s strategic marketing plan, aligning it with business objectives.
- Drive brand building and client engagement for both the litigation funding side (B2B) and the law firm (B2C).
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Take a high-low approach, delivering much of the initial marketing activity while planning for future growth.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external third-party providers, ensuring efficient use of the marketing budget.
- Be accountable for ROI, ensuring that marketing spend is effectively driving business growth.
- Build and lead a marketing team as the firm grows, scaling the marketing function in line with business expansion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a strategic marketing role within the legal industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the legal market, with a particular focus on data-driven and technology-driven approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
