Marketing & Business Development Executive

My client is a well-established, sector-focused global law firm with a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic and creative solutions to their clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the practice group with a range of marketing and business development activities, collaborating with fee earners and internal teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of pitches, panel submissions, and capability statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns aimed at raising the team’s profile and engaging clients.
  • Provide support with client account management tasks and help maintain accurate pipeline and reporting data.
  • Coordinate the drafting and submission of legal directory and awards entries.
  • Support the organisation and promotion of webinars and events.
  • Maintain marketing collateral, ensure documents are current and accessible.
  • Assist with key sponsorships and external marketing opportunities.

 

Person Specification

  • At least one year’s relevant experience in a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Demonstrates excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with content management and CRM systems (such as InterAction) is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the initiative to solve problems and respond to queries independently.
