This leading international law firm is looking for experienced project managers with significant experience in managing and supporting complex engagements in multi-jurisdictional environments to join its growing and successful legal project management team.
Working as part of the broader LPM team and continuous Improvement function, the successful candidate will be expected to work with lead partners, associates and business services staff and take responsibility for supporting the delivery of the full matter lifecycle, for a portfolio of significant matters (or work streams within those matters), to ensure that they are delivered efficiently, on budget and within timeframe.
They will also be expected to contribute to the development of legal project management tools and best practices at the Firm and provide training in project management techniques and best practices to lawyers.
The successful candidate will:
- Experienced project manager with excellent consultancy skills either from working internally in a law firm or as a consultant
- Have a proven ability to delivery successful projects, driving behavioural change in a positive way
- Be able and enjoy working with partners and colleagues at all levels
