We are currently looking for a consultant to join our market leading Legal Operations, Transformation and Technology practice. This role is very consultative and will involve you truly partnering with clients and candidates. You will often be advising clients who are recruiting roles for the very first time or building new teams and functions. The roles we recruit for are a real mix of newly created and replacement roles. Given this area is one of the fastest growing and evolving in most firms, even the replacement roles are often not like for like. We are therefore looking for an individual who is either experienced in the recruitment of operations and transformation roles, or is an experienced operations/change/transformation professional who would like to develop a career in recruitment. It is a truly fascinating area and the roles you will recruit will often be market leading and helping to transform the sector.
Totum has a very strong brand within this area and therefore whilst you will be expected to generate new business, there is a very strong emphasis on relationship management rather than cold calling new clients.
