My client, a top global law firm, is looking for an Innovation Analyst to join their London based legal technology and operations team. As a key member of the growing innovation team, the Innovation Analyst will help further embed a culture of innovation within the firm.
Responsible for raising awareness and advocating for innovation, the Innovation Analyst will have day to day accountability for a few initiatives, for example running proof of concept pilots, monitoring key technology areas and researching new tools.
The successful candidate will have some business analysis experience, ideally from a professional services firm or perhaps a legal services provider. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels, especially strong at engaging with stakeholders/lawyers and being able to educate on the benefits of innovation and new technology.
My client will be returning to the office for a few days per week, however will be remaining in hybrid home and office working. They offered excellent training and development opportunities, and the chance to develop within this growing function. A passion and genuine interest in legal technology would be greatly advantageous.
