Totum is working with a leading London law firm recognised for its private client, family, and litigation work. This top-tier firm is recruiting for a Legal Cashier to join its Finance team.
You’ll be part of a team of three cashiers and will report to the Head Cashier. The role is ideal for an experienced Legal Cashier looking to join a highly regarded firm and a supportive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing client and office receipts and payments
- Processing invoices, disbursements, and expenses
- Handling daily banking and reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs and managing residual balances
- Providing admin support and keeping accurate financial records
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, helpful and team-focused
