Totum is partnering with a top 50 Legal 100 law firm to recruit a Legal Cashier. Joining our Finance team, you'll work alongside three legal cashiers and report directly to the Head Cashier. Known for its expertise in private client services, tax law, real estate, and dispute resolution, this firm operates globally with offices in major cities like London, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
The Legal Cashier role entails the following responsibilities:
- Processing client and office payments.
- Identifying and processing electronic and cheque receipts
- Bank reconciliations.
- Daily banking of cheques into the client and office accounts.
The ideal candidate for the Legal Cashier role should possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional knowledge of, and experience with, the SRA accounts rules.
- Organised and accurate - paying attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience of Excel and Word.
