Legal Business Analyst

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office

Duration: 12-month FTC

 

Business Analyst required by a global Law Firm, based near Bank (central London), on a 12-month FTC. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar legal environment or professional organisation as a Business Analyst.

 

Key skills/experience:

  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong people and change management skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working within a Law Firm or other Legal Services business as a Business Analyst
  • Prince 2 or equivalent

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategy Alignment: Maintain a deep understanding of the firm's strategy, operations, and business structure to ensure alignment with project proposals and recommendations.
  • Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive proposals outlining project benefits, strategic alignment, impacts, and recommendations, while assisting in business case preparation.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Gather requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and surveys, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and needs.
  • Solution Identification: Analyse gathered information to identify solution options in terms of organization, processes, or systems, and make informed recommendations based on analysis.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations, and building collaborative relationships, while also collaborating with IT and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and requirements.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Business Analyst to join a global Law firm in a 12-month FTC. Hybrid working from central London office.
