Totum Partners is working exclusively with a boutique criminal law firm to recruit a Legal Biller to join their operations team. You will liaise with Partners, Associates, clients, and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and workflow. As part of the support team, you will oversee the monthly billing cycle for multiple clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable team player to contribute to the firm's success. 

The firm offers a hybrid working pattern, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Additionally, there is flexibility in working hours to accommodate your schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance. The ideal Legal Biller would be responsible for:

  • Creating client bills on P4W each month
  • Maintaining bill ledgers on P4W
  • Posting finalised bills 
  • Generating billing guides and WIP reports on P4W
  • Sending draft bills to partners for client approval and to clients
  • Liaising with clients regarding appointments 
  • Diary management for four partners 
  • Sending draft bills to partners for client approval and to clients

The ideal Legal Billing will have the following experience:

 

  • Previous experience with Billing in a law firm is essential
  • Experience of using Tikit P4W is essential
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable team player
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
