Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm in Canary Wharf to source a Billing Clerk for a 6-month FTC.
The ideal Billing Clerk will be responsible for:
• Reviewing billing guides, invoices, and credit notes
• Entering invoices and credit notes
• Sending out invoices to clients or fee earners
• Handling internal billing queries
• Assisting with the preparation of billing schedules
• Preparing ad hoc manual invoices
• Issuing receipted invoices
• Providing cover for other members of the department as and when required.
The ideal Billing Clerk will have:
• At least 1 year of experience within a professional services firm in a similar role
• Legal sector experience is desirable but not essential.
